Jenn Little
Founder and Managing Director
The Founder’s story
Jenn Little, founded Insource with the aim of disrupting traditional recruitment in the legal sector, and providing greater value to law firms.
Prior to founding Insource, Jenn headhunted lawyers. In this role, she found that there was a growing shortage of quality and specialist lawyers looking for work, and those trying to recruit the leading legal talent, needed greater visibility of the legal profession. Jenn initially decided to build Insource as a tool for her to use in her recruitment business, but then soon realised the power it would have if given directly to law firms, and she new that Insource was too powerful a platform not to share.
We have saved law firms using Insource over $2 million in recruitment costs in the last year alone.
Jenn’s vision
Insource is built specifically for Australian and New Zealand law firms. It is a hugely competitive market with a real battle for legal talent amongst firms, which is heightened by lawyers taking OEs.
Jenn ensures that the majority of what Insource develops is a direct result of customer feedback.
Customer feedback is key to ensuring Insource continues to develop a product that remains the leader in its field.
Every year, the Insource team work hard and investment is made to ensure that Insource remains at the leading edge.
Insource is being built by law firms for law firms.
